However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please contact us here.
Include your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions to complete the process.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Item must be returned in unused, like-new condition
- All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
- Item must not show signs of installation, wear, or use
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable
- For large or freight items, return shipping may be significant
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
👉 You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Please send us an email.
Include:
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund
- Orders canceled after shipment will be treated as a return and follow this policy
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or installed products
- Items not in original condition
- Products marked as final sale
- Certain manufacturer-restricted items (noted on product pages)
Important Notes
- All returns must be authorized before being sent back
- Do not return items without contacting us first
